National Golf Club, Antalya Belek's first
golf club, which has been welcoming guests for over 30 years, will host the
Turkish Airlines Open, one of the most prestigious events in world golf,
between April 30 and May 3, 2026.
National Golf Club, part of Regnum Hotels, continues
to host world-class golf competitions, contributing to the promotion of golf in
Turkey. Closely followed by golf enthusiasts and hosting some of Europe's most
popular golf tournaments, National Golf Club will host the Turkish Airlines
Open this year, scheduled for April 30 to May 3.
The National Golf Club, which has played a pioneering
role in the development of golf tourism in Antalya since 1994, will once again
be the focus of world golf with this prestigious tournament, which is on the DP
World Tour calendar and has a prize pool of $2.75 million. The event will be
the fifth and final tournament of the DP World Tour's 2026 Asia Swing.
National Golf Club General Manager Şener Ceylan
emphasized their great pride and joy at hosting the Turkish Airlines Open for
the first time in 2026, stating, "As the National Golf Club, part of
Regnum Hotels, hosting such a prestigious event at our course, designed by
Ryder Cup player David Feherty and Seniors Tour player David Jones, is extremely
valuable both for our club and for Turkish golf. We are very proud to be
hosting this event, which took place at Carya Golf Club last year, at another
Regnum facility this year. We believe that this event, organized in partnership
with Turkish Airlines and the DP World Tour, will significantly contribute to
the international recognition of our course and Antalya's strong position among
the world's golf destinations. Together with our entire team, we aim to deliver
a tournament of the highest standards, offering players a world-class
experience."
The National Golf Club, which has previously hosted
numerous international tournaments, is preparing to host a top-level event for
both athletes and golf enthusiasts with the Turkish Airlines Open 2026.
