Paloma Hotels Group welcomes new Chief Commercial Officer

Paloma Hotels Group is pleasedly announce the appointment of Cengiz Şayir as Chief Commercial Officer (CCO), effective January 5, 2026.
In response to the shifting dynamics of the global tourism industry and with a continued focus on agility, efficiency, and sustainable growth, this strategic appointment strengthens the group’s commercial leadership across all markets and brands.
With a solid background in sales, marketing, commercial strategy, and revenue management, Cengiz Şahin brings over two decades of industry experience to his new role. He will be responsible for leading the commercial strategy of Paloma Hotels, Club Marvy, and Paloma Finesse, while also supporting the group's broader goals in global market development, expansion, and long-term profitability.

Between 1996 and 2008, Cengiz Şayir held various senior management positions at ETS Turizm, gaining extensive experience in sales, marketing, and commercial operations. In November 2009, he was appointed Sales and Marketing Coordinator for Voyage Hotels within ETS Group. Following the addition of the Maxx Royal brand to the group in 2011, Cengiz Şayir served as Sales and Marketing Coordinator for both Voyage and Maxx Royal Hotels until January 2024.
