TUI exceeds guidance for FY 2025

Underlying EBIT thus exceeds the guidance of +9-11 per cent, which was last raised in August. Preliminary Group revenue up 4.4 per cent year-on-year to 24,185 million euros at constant exchange rates.

TUI achieved a preliminary underlying EBIT of 1,459 million euros at constant currency for the financial year 2025. This represents an increase of 12.6 per cent and exceeds the guidance raised in August 2025 (+9 to 11 per cent at constant currency). At actual rates, underlying EBIT amounts to 1,413 million euros (prior year: 1,296 million euros). Preliminary Group revenue rose by 4.4 per cent to 24,185 million euros at constant currency (previous year: 23,167 million euros). At actual rates, preliminary revenue amounts to 24,179 million euros.

TUI Group CEO Sebastian Ebel: “TUI’s profitable growth continues. We have exceeded our guidance for the full year 2025. This success is primarily driven by our integrated business model and record results in the Hotels & Resorts and Cruises segments. In a European market environment that remains challenging, we continue to grow with our own differentiated products. Our strategic focus is paying off. We are expanding our brand globally and will also grow independently of Europe in the future. This is why we continue to accelerate the transformation of the Markets + Airline business (tour operators, retail and TUI Airline) and offer our existing and new customers worldwide an increasing number of products in more destinations.”

The Group will present its final annual figures and a new shareholder return strategy on 10 December 2025.
