NGO representatives, members of the press, and managers of tourism agencies.
The awards were presented at a ceremony in Brussels.
Paloma Hotels Group Chairman of the Board & CEO
Ece Tonbul commented on the matter: “Receiving this award with Club Marvy is a
great source of happiness and pride for us. It is very valuable that the
principles of “sustainability” we have embraced for years have found a strong
response internationally. Marvy is a symbol of a lifestyle that is in harmony
with nature, focusing on the local and simplicity. For us, true luxury means
living while feeling nature, people, and the moment. Behind this understanding
lie our extremely meticulous work and determined steps that embody the concept
of sustainability. This award is the most beautiful demonstration that this
philosophy is understood and appreciated by the world."
Club Marvy plays a significant role in the development
of tourism by incorporating sustainable tourism principles into its values,
utilizing environmental resources in the most appropriate manner, and
considering economic balance, natural heritage, and biological diversity.
respects the socio-cultural structure of the local community, works to increase
tolerance between cultures, protects cultural heritage and traditional values,

social services and reduce poverty by creating income opportunities.
