Wyndham Hotels & resorts opens more than 50 hotels

The world's largest franchised hotel company has signed agreements for 83 new projects and more than 50 openings across Europe, Middle East, Eurasia and Africa in 2024, including 16 in Türkiye.

Wyndham Hotels & Resorts, the world's largest franchised hotel company with approximately 9,300 hotels worldwide under 25 global brands, continued its growth momentum in Europe, Middle East, Eurasia and Africa (EMEA) in 2024. During this period, the company opened more than 50 hotels with a total of over 6,400 rooms and signed 83 new contracts. Wyndham's number of open and operating hotels in Türkiye increased to over 120 with 16 new openings in 2024.

Wyndham's global project inventory grew by 5 percent year-on-year in 2024, reaching a record high of 252,000 rooms. Across EMEA, revenue per room grew by a strong 10 percent. With the opening of hotels in the past year, the number of hotels in EMEA reached approximately 680 and the number of rooms reached approximately 93,000.
