Jet2.com named Which? Recommended Provider for 10th year running

Jet2.com has been named a Which?
Recommended Provider for the tenth year in a row, after topping the consumer
champion’s annual survey of short-haul airlines once again.
The leading leisure airline is the only UK airline to
receive coveted Which? Recommended Provider 2025 status from Which? this year,
after travelling customers gave Jet2.com the highest customer score out of all
the short-haul airlines surveyed.
The survey of airlines by Which? is based on feedback
received from almost 8,000 travellers who were asked to rate their experiences
of flying in the last year against a range of criteria. This criteria included
customer service, booking process, value for money, punctuality, boarding
experience, seat comfort, food and drink, cabin cleanliness and environment,
and last-minute cancellations.
The airline scored particularly well for customer
service, receiving an impressive five stars out of five. Commenting on its
customer service under a sub headline of ‘choose Jet2 if you can’, Which? said:
“Jet2.com’s unique selling point is its customer service... Jet2 is much more
likely to have staff around to help out and let you know what’s going on.”
Further praise was also received for the company’s
commitment to delivering exceptional customer service from a customer who said:
“At every contact point, whether that’s phoning up, checking in, at the gate,
or on board, the default attitude is ‘how can I help you and make your trip
easier?”
In the categories for booking process, cleanliness and
value for money, Jet2.com received a score of four stars. Jet2.com was the top
airline in the survey for the lowest rate of last-minute cancellations.
This latest accolade continues Jet2.com and
Jet2holidays’ track record of achieving recognition from the consumer champion.
In addition to this latest success, it means that Jet2’s brands are recognised
as a Which? Recommended Provider in seven categories in total. These are: Beach
and Resort Holiday Providers, Tailor-Made Holiday Providers, Family Holiday
Providers, Solo Holiday Providers, City Breaks (Jet2CityBreaks), Villas and
Holiday Lets Abroad (Jet2Villas) and Airlines (Jet2.com).
