Accor announced its results for 2024: Group revenue exceeds €5.6 billion

Accor, the world's leadıng hospitality group, announced its 2024 financial results. Accor's group revenue increased by 11 percent compared to the previous year, reaching 5 bıllıon 606 million euros, while ebit increased by 12 percent to 1 billion 120 million euros. Net profit group share was 610 million euros.

Operating with 5,600 properties in more than 110 countries and 15 brands and 80 hotels in Turkey, Accor, the world's leading hospitality group, marked another record year in terms of operating and financial performances in 2024. Accordingly, Group revenue amounted to €5 billion 606 million, while EBITDA (Earnings Before Interest, Taxes, Depreciation and Amortization) exceeded €1 billion 120 million, a record high. Revenue per available room (RevPAR) increased by 5.7 percent

Throughout 2024, including a very strong fourth quarter, the hospitality sector proved how resilient it is in a challenging consumer environment. The Group's diversification, both in terms of geographical location and segment diversity, allowed for an even stronger operating performance.

In 2024, Accor opened 293 hotels, corresponding to more than 50,000 rooms, with a net growth of 3.5% in the hotel network over the last 12 months. By the end of December 2024, the group's hotel portfolio comprised 850,285 rooms (5,682 hotels), with more than 233,000 rooms (1,381 hotels) expected to be added.
