military helicopter collided in the air and crashed into the Potomac River as
they were about to land at Ronald Reagan National Airport in Washington, the
capital of the United States. According to the information, there were 60
passengers and 4 crew members on board the plane and 3 military personnel on
board the helicopter.
A Bombardier CRJ700 passenger plane belonging to PSA,
a regional airline operating on behalf of American Airlines, collided with a US
Army Black Hawk (H-60) military helicopter while descending for landing and
crashed into the Potomac River. It was announced that there were 60 passengers
and 4 crew members on board the plane, which took off from Wichita, Kansas,
while the helicopter, which took off from Fort Belvoir military base in
Virginia, was carrying 3 personnel. While many search and rescue teams were
