London Mayor Sadiq Khan announced that he is open to the idea of imposing a tourist tax on the city's hotels and will consider this issue.

According to Bytv, Mayor Khan said that data from Manchester and other European cities will be analyzed. Manchester has a “visitor tax” on hotel bookings, which reportedly raised £2.8 million in its first year.
