About 1.2 million people were evacuated in the Philippines due to Super Typhoon Man-Yi.

At least 2 people were injured and 1.2 million people were evacuated due to Typhoon Man-yi that made landfall in the Philippines. The typhoon caused damage and power outages in many regions.

It was noted that 26 local and 2 international airports in the country were temporarily closed and many ferry services were suspended.
