The Four Seasons Hotel in Moscow, located opposite the Kremlin, was nationalized by the decision of the Moscow Meshchansky Court.

According to Turkrus.ru, the decision to nationalize the hotel was made after the hotel's former owner Alexei Khotin was convicted of embezzlement in March and sentenced to 9 years in prison.

Moscow real estate market experts estimate that a luxury property like the Four Seasons Hotel Moscow is worth around 5.5-6 billion rubles.
