Parts of a tourist who went missing while diving in Indonesia have been recovered from the stomach of a shark caught in a neighboring country.

According to the news in The Independet, 68-year-old American tourist Colleen Monfore disappeared while diving around the island of Reong. After 8 days of fruitless search efforts, a shark was caught and killed by a fisherman in East Timor, about 120 kilometers from where the tourist disappeared. Body parts of a woman were found inside the belly of the shark, as well as parts of her wet clothes and swimsuit.

It was announced that the body parts belonged to the tourist.
