The cost of a night's stay on the newly
renovated Kudahithi Island in the Maldives will exceed $100,000
Kudahithi Island, a 30-minute boat ride from the
international airport in Male, the capital of the Maldives, is being renovated
for tourism, Euronews reported.
Construction plans for the 14,000-square-meter
Kudahithi Island include six villas and a yacht, making it an enviable location
for private gatherings or a secluded family retreat. According to the plan, a
limited number of nights per year will be released and people will be able to
bid on them by auction to be able to book them.
Kudahithi Island is scheduled to open in 2025.
