Asia welcomes The Mora: A bold new chapter of luxury begins in Singapore

TUI Hotels & Resorts accelerates global growth with its third Mora hotel - and first in Asia. The Mora Singapore is set to welcome guests in September 2026.

With the opening of The Mora Singapore in September 2026, TUI Hotels & Resorts marks the Asian debut of its brand redefining what modern luxury hospitality feels like today. Nestled within the Labrador Nature Reserve, the hotel offers a tranquil retreat just 10 to 15 minutes from the country’s vibrant heart. Set in a colonial bungalow style, the property features 20 guest rooms and suites, an outdoor swimming pool, and an indoor jacuzzi. A neighbouring building offers an executive lounge, a bar, and two restaurants.

“Singapore is the perfect destination for The Mora’s Asian debut. Located in one of Asia’s most vibrant and cosmopolitan gateway cities, the hotel will introduce The Mora’s distinctive lifestyle to both international and regional travellers,” says Artur Gerber, CEO TUI Hotels & Resorts. “Surrounded by 22 hectares of greenery the hotel provides the ideal backdrop for our philosophy of laid-back luxury and contemporary spirit.”

Created for travellers seeking freedom, authenticity, and meaningful moments, The Mora represents a new interpretation of laid-back luxury. The brand’s philosophy is rooted in its name, derived from the Latin word for pause, and expressed through its guiding idea: “Pause, Play, Stay – Discover Laid back Luxury.” In a fast-paced world shaped by routines and expectations, The Mora invites guests to slow down, let go of rigid frameworks, and follow their mood into the moment. Each stay is designed as an opportunity to reconnect with oneself, with others, and with the destination, creating space for spontaneity, curiosity, and wonder.

Via the TUI Musement App, The Mora guests also have access to a curated portfolio of experiences that showcase Singapore’s culture, cuisine and waterfront from unique perspectives. Highlights include a small‑group Singapore local food tour, where guests eat like a local; a small‑group history and culture tour with river cruise, combining visits to key landmarks, such as Merlion Park and Marina Bay, with a traditional bumboat ride along the Singapore River; and a luxurious sunset cruise on a catamaran, sailing around the Southern Islands aboard a spacious 40‑foot catamaran with panoramic skyline views.

Following the launch in Singapore, The Mora will continue its expansion with an additional project currently under development: The Mora Munduk in Bali, Indonesia. As the brand grows, The Mora aims to establish a collection of destinations across Asia, creating places designed for living in the moment, where laid back luxury meets authentic travel experiences.
