Stakeholders are invited to take part in a consultation on the second draft of the ‘Product Environmental Footprint Category Rules’ (PEFCR), aimed at supporting EU hotels in measuring and communicating the sustainability of their accommodation services.

The consultation is open to all stakeholders, including industry representatives, environmental organizations, consumer organizations, policy authorities, and the general public. Participants are encouraged to review and provide feedback on the draft PEFCR. The consultation will be open until 2 June 2026.

To participate, interested stakeholders can register online to receive the draft PEFCR and the comment submission form by email. You can then submit your feedback either by returning the completed form by email or by participating in a short survey.
