German travel agencies satisfied with august demand

The
results of the "Sales Climate Index" survey, conducted monthly across
Germany by Dr. Fried & Partner with the participation of travel agencies, have
been published for August.
According to the survey results, the percentage of
those who said they were "satisfied with the current sales situation"
increased from 50% in the previous month to 51.9% in August. While 37.8% of
participants described the situation as "satisfactory," 11.7%
reported that sales were weak.
DEMAND
AND REVENUE EXPECTATIONS FOR THE NEXT 6 MONTHS
The percentage of respondents who believe that demand
for travel services will increase over the next six months rose by 5.6% in
August to 27.8%, up from 22.2% in July. Meanwhile, 57.2% expect sales to remain
stable, and 15% believe sales will worsen.
When asked whether they expect an increase in revenues
over the next six months, 28.2% of travel agencies responded "yes"
(up from 26.3% last month). Additionally, 51.1% of participants expect revenues
to remain stable, while 20.7% anticipate a decline (down from 23% last month).
